Application for Recognized Student Organizations in the Nebraska Union and Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center.

Space Allocation Timeline *

• January 21, 2025: Application opens.
• February 20, 2025: Application closes at 11:59 p.m.
• February 24, 2025: Group access to applications and scoring.
• March 6, 2025: Scoring sheets turned in or uploaded to folder.
• March 10, 11, 12, 2025: Groups slotted into spaces.
• March 13, 2025: Recommendation to the Union Board.
• March 14, 2025: Email to RSOs that applied for space with first decisions.
• March 27, 2025: First round of appeals.
• March 28, 2025: Email to RSOs with decisions after first appeals.
• April 3, 2025: Second round of appeals, if needed, during Union Board meeting.
• April 4, 2025: Email to RSOs with final decisions.
