- Spring, 2026: Recommendation to the Union Board.
- Spring, 2026: Email to RSOs that applied for space with first decisions.
- Spring, 2026: First round of appeals.
- Spring, 2026: Email to RSOs with decisions after first appeals.
- Spring, 2026: Second round of appeals, if needed, during Union Board meeting.
- Spring, 2026: Email to RSOs with final decisions.
